This small end table is inspired by a turn-of-the-century table that the artist admires. In particular, the table's proportions and the use of repeating elements are reused in this design. This sketch envisions threaded rods as the table's supports.

This asymmetrical mantle clock design features a quartz driven clock movement, barometer, mini-thermometer, mini-hygrometer, and a dried seed pod under a glass dome. Clear flexible vinyl tubing connects the "arm" section to the body of the clock. Finishing washers and ridge-cuts are used to add detail to the piece.
